This is a Japanese dish that you find mainly in the Kansai or Hiroshima areas. In some restaurants you can watch the cook preparing your food in front of you, others even offer you hands-on cooking experience.
There is a variety of versions, with cabbage, meat, sea fruits, rice, cheese and so on.
They have one thing in common: 美味しい – delicious!
